• Client Interaction:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish‑speaking clients, addressing their insurance needs and queries promptly.
• Consultative Sales:
  Offer personalized insurance recommendations tailored to meet the diverse requirements of each client.
• Policy Management:
  Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals to ensure continuous and appropriate coverage.
• Market Expansion:
  Utilize bilingual skills to tap into new markets and broaden the reach of our services among the Spanish‑speaking community.

  Empower clients by educating them on policy choices, coverage benefits, and the claims process in a clear and understandable manner.
• Relationship Development:

• Language Proficiency:
  Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Licensing:
  Possession of a current Texas Property & Casualty License is strongly preferred. Licensing assistance available.
