- Client Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish‑speaking clients, addressing their insurance needs and queries promptly. - Consultative Sales:
Offer personalized insurance recommendations tailored to meet the diverse requirements of each client. - Policy Management:
Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals to ensure continuous and appropriate coverage. - Market Expansion:
Utilize bilingual skills to tap into new markets and broaden the reach of our services among the Spanish‑speaking community. - Customer
Education:
Empower clients by educating them on policy choices, coverage benefits, and the claims process in a clear and understandable manner. - Relationship Development:
Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to nurture long‑term association with Carlos Chargoy Allstate.
- Language Proficiency:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. - Licensing:
Possession of a current Texas Property & Casualty License is strongly preferred. Licensing assistance available. - Experience:
A minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities are essential. - Customer Focus:
Strong dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations is necessary. - Interpersonal
