We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships.
Job SummaryAs a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base through strategic selling and relationship management. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, maintaining excellent communication with internal and external partners, and continuously identifying ways to improve business and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through meetings, education, and follow‑up
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Present product samples, mock‑ups, and detailed product information
- Schedule and manage customer appointments around client availability
- Negotiate and renew contracts with current and previous customers
- Attend conventions, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and services
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Generate and submit accurate sales reports to management
- Mine, track, and follow up on all potential leads
- Develop sales strategies to drive repeat business and acquire new customers
- Maintain proficiency in Word, Excel, and Hub Spot
- Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills
- Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Self‑motivated with a competitive, results‑driven mindset
- Strong decision‑making skills with speed and accuracy
- Enthusiasm for sales and consistently meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
- College degree or equivalent experience (2+ years in sales or sales management)
- Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in an office environment
