We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships.

Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base through strategic selling and relationship management. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, maintaining excellent communication with internal and external partners, and continuously identifying ways to improve business and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through meetings, education, and follow‑up
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Present product samples, mock‑ups, and detailed product information
  • Schedule and manage customer appointments around client availability
  • Negotiate and renew contracts with current and previous customers
  • Attend conventions, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and services
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Generate and submit accurate sales reports to management
  • Mine, track, and follow up on all potential leads
  • Develop sales strategies to drive repeat business and acquire new customers
  • Maintain proficiency in Word, Excel, and Hub Spot
Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills
  • Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self‑motivated with a competitive, results‑driven mindset
  • Strong decision‑making skills with speed and accuracy
  • Enthusiasm for sales and consistently meeting or exceeding goals
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
  • College degree or equivalent experience (2+ years in sales or sales management)
  • Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge
  • Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in an office environment
