This is more than a support role — it’s a strategic seat at the table in a scaling organization. You’ll work directly with leadership to remove operational friction, improve pipeline visibility, and drive measurable sales performance.
You’ll have the opportunity to:- Support a growing team of outside and inside sales reps
- Build and refine sales processes in an entrepreneurial environment
- Own CRM management and performance reporting
- Help identify new opportunities and drive customer acquisition
- Coordinate weekly L10 meetings and ensure accountability across the team
- Support trade shows and marketing initiatives
- Autonomy of your business
- Sales Operations experience (flexible on level, but not less than 2 years)
- Strong CRM expertise with experience driving data accuracy and lead quality improvement
- Sales process ownership mindset
- Wholesale Electrical Distribution Experience
- Experience supporting outside sales teams and improving performance metrics
- Ability to travel to San Antonio and Houston branches as needed
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and manage booth setup/logistics
- Highly detail-oriented and autonomous
- Relationship-driven, collaborative personality
