Premise Spirits Sales Consultant-South Austin

This route is dedicated to our Trailblazer Spirits Division territory, which includes South Austin. The role focuses on growing an established On‑Premise customer base while opening new accounts within the assigned territory through consultative sales. Sales are business‑to‑business oriented, and success depends on the ability to build relationships quickly and dedicate effort to servicing accounts.

• Work On Premise hours, which may include late afternoon, evening, or occasional weekends.
• Ensure consistent customer contact.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives.
• Handle all customer‑related issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a full understanding of products and promotional schedules.
• Make effective sales presentations.
• Achieve assigned company objectives and grow business.
• Identify and nurture new and under‑served accounts.
• Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts.
• Know all deals, programming, and initiatives the company has.
• Follow necessary steps when making sales calls.
• Provide reliable and consistent customer service to accounts.
• Engage in face‑to‑face interaction with customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Handle all paperwork issues properly and timely.

• Availability to work outside 8–5 schedule, including early evening hours and occasional weekend events.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, goal‑oriented, timely, and able to prioritize.
• Results‑driven with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent presentation building and presenting skills.
• Ability to connect well with a large range of buyer types.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Representative role or higher.
• BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Must pass criminal background and MVR checks.
