Position SummaryThe Enterprise Account Manager is a strategic customer‑facing leader responsible for strengthening long‑term relationships, advancing customers toward meaningful security outcomes, and expanding platform adoption based on measurable value. This role works exclusively with existing customers, focusing on aligning platform capabilities to customer goals, uncovering expansion opportunities, and partnering with technical teams to ensure full adoption and realized value. Working closely with Customer Success, Solution Engineers, and Solution Architects, the Enterprise Account Manager guides customers through their maturity journey and supports strong renewal and expansion performance.
This role contributes directly to renewal and expansion success through value‑based engagement and strategic account planning.
- Customer Relationship and Outcome Leadership: Serve as the primary business contact, build strong relationships, lead strategic conversations, and develop multi‑year relationships and outcome plans.
- Retention and Expansion Through Customer Value: Identify opportunities to adopt additional platform capabilities, partner with Platform Success Specialists, support renewal readiness, and guide modernization.
- Strategic Account Planning: Build and maintain account plans, track health indicators, maintain accurate forecasts.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with Specialists, Engineers, Architects, and internal product/service teams to bring full value to customers. - Customer Advocacy and Value Realization: Act as the customer’s advocate, facilitate business reviews, roadmap discussions, and document goals, risks, and success criteria.
- Relationship‑driven with proven ability to grow existing customer relationships through value and outcome alignment.
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or similar customer‑facing role, 3–6 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, strategic thinking and account planning skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS recurring revenue models, customer lifecycle processes, and understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, or AI‑driven security solutions.
- Ability to lead executive‑level conversations about security strategy and business outcomes.
The Account Manager strengthens long‑term customer partnerships, ensures tangible security outcomes, drives retention, renewal success, and sustainable growth, influencing revenue retention, adoption health, and customer satisfaction.
