Responsibilities- Assist with the sales process and identify upsell opportunities while managing current accounts.
- Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
- Expand customer service horizons by interacting with clients and maintaining relationships.
- Demonstrated success working with customers.
- Experience with inventory sales/order systems.
- Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.
