Directors of Business Development will…- Manage the full sales cycle from self‑sourced leads and close opportunities set by the team.
- Develop and manage a team of 4, including SDRs, Business Developers, and Senior Business Developers.
- Conduct outbound calls weekly using the Orum dialer to set high‑quality meetings.
- Present our high‑ticket digital marketing solutions both face‑to‑face and virtually.
- Track and optimize opportunities using Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Follow a structured sales process, meet quotas, and contribute to the company's rapid growth.
- Minimum of 5+ years of full‑cycle sales experience; bonus for longevity and experience with high‑ticket items for small & medium‑sized business owners.
- Heavy outbound cold‑calling experience and comfort with self‑sourcing leads & closing for others.
- Experience managing SDRs, Business Developers, and Account Executives pipelines.
- Experience training; supplement lead & call audits to maximize team efficiency and hit revenue goals.
- Experience selling to small/medium‑sized businesses.
- Strong sales acumen, high accountability, winning mentality, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Orum, and other sales enablement tools.
- Passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of how it helps businesses grow.
- First‑year on‑target earnings: $175,000 – $200,000+ with uncapped dual commission structure (lump sums & residual model).
- Top performers earn $200,000+ in Year 2 due to residual commissions.
