** Job Summary
** The Sales Executive II through direct interaction with Apartment & Builder Sales (Multifamily PM’s and Home Builders) customers or their Brokers locates, negotiates and closes Commodity deals for their common areas, Continuous Service Agreements (CSA’s), as applicable, and Partner Marketing Agreements (PMA’s) primarily in the non ERCOT markets    These sales must meet or exceed company profit guidelines while adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines
** Job Description
**** Key Accountabilities*
* • Establish business and brand equity in new markets in the MWNE business territory of 13+ states.
• Achieve or exceed monthly / annual sales and gains goals through their sales efforts (pricing, contract generation, cold calling, etc) with Customers and/or their Brokers.
• Develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies in compliance with operational and regulatory guidelines, while meeting company growth goals and profitability objectives.
• Provides feedback to the Products, Pricing, Operations  and P&L teams on our product mix, pricing,  margins, marketing efforts, customer service and customer incentives.
• Ensure the product suite for the channels are both competitive in the marketplace while meeting or exceeding profitability requirements.
** Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements*
* • 8 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years selling and/or servicing the Multi-Family/Home builder segments or Energy-related sales experience.
• Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills.
• HS Diploma or equivalency required.
** Key Metrics*
* • Closing Apartment & Builder Sales agreements that consist of:
• Common Areas (Term CM and Volume)
• CSA’s
• PMA’s
• Growing the # of residential customers thru the execution of PMA agreements
• Growing the number of residential meters thru the execution of CSA agreements, as applicable
