We're currently seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and helping clients make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

In this position, you'll be responsible for generating new business, cultivating referral relationships, conducting policy reviews, and cross selling insurance products to meet client needs. Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and the ability to build trust with clients while consistently achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow‑up
  • Quote and sell Farmers Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
  • Conduct needs‑based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage and close sales
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, cross‑selling, and referrals
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in the agency CRM
Requirements
  • P&C Licensed in Texas Required
  • Coachable, self‑motivated, and resourceful with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales‑driven environment
  • Positive, high‑energy attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑based culture
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone presence
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task, follow up consistently, and manage a high volume of leads
  • Resilient and competitive mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on hitting goals
  • Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and responsive, with strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to excellent service
