What You’ll Be Doing
  • Generate retail sales by combining a passion for cutting‑edge technology with exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
  • Learn and uncover customers’ needs through meaningful conversations and targeted questioning.
  • Present product insights and solution recommendations to deliver a complete top‑down sales experience.
  • Close sales using strong communication skills to meet customer needs with intuitive technology solutions.
  • Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and skill‑building across merchandising and inventory functions.
  • Build your customer base via outbound calls and text messages to existing Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
  • Engage with the community at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events to expand your loyal customer base.

We’re hiring immediately. This is not a typical entry‑level retail position; whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay plus up to $18,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if you meet all sales goals. The commission program offers unlimited earning potential for high performers—up to an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, bringing total annual earnings of $65,000 to $75,500+ in favorable conditions.

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of relevant experience (including military experience).
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
  • Openness to pick up additional shifts for increased income during peak periods (summer, November‑December).

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in a commission‑based environment.
  • Proven sales experience with a customer‑centric approach.
  • Customer service experience.

Where You’ll Be Working

This work‑site‑based role requires you to work onsite at defined location(s).
