What You'll DoYou'll begin by learning the business in the field while developing the skills needed to move into leadership.
Leadership Responsibilities- Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
- Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales representatives
- Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
- Help drive team performance, accountability, and morale in the market
- Train directly with experienced sales leaders in Dallas to learn leadership systems and team management
- Support leadership with team organization, appointments, and production goals
- Develop the skills needed to transition into a Team Lead role overseeing team growth and results
1. Clear path into management for top performers.
1. Base pay plus uncapped commission during training.
1. Hands-on coaching in sales, recruiting, and team building.
1. Scripts, mentorship, training, and leadership support already in place.

- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Competitive mindset and strong communication skills
- Coachable attitude with leadership potential
- Self-driven and motivated by income growth
- Comfortable working outdoors and talking with homeowners
- Valid driver's license required
- Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
