What you will do:

This role involves a deep understanding of our products and services and making tailored recommendations based on their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing trust through integrity, empathy, and expertise, becoming a dependable advisor for small business owners throughout the sales journey.
  • Customizing security systems to align with each business's specific layout, operations, and security requirements, integrating security, automation, and life‑safety technology effectively.
  • Conducting follow‑up visits post‑installation to ensure customer satisfaction and to nurture long‑term relationships and referrals.
  • Identifying and generating new small business leads within your designated territory to enhance outreach and stimulate growth.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; additional licensing may be necessary depending on location.
  • Comfort with using technology to maintain organization and efficiency in a fast‑paced sales setting.
  • Self‑driven and results‑oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit; you enjoy uncovering new leads and closing deals that create real value.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships, allowing you to understand customers' needs and guide them to suitable solutions.
  • Adaptable and flexible, thriving in dynamic environments and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Previous consumer sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
How ADT invests in you:

Compensation: Enjoy unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions. New sales consultants can expect to earn around $85,000 based on performance, while experienced consultants may exceed $150,000.

Additional Pay: You will receive specialized training, and during your first 8 weeks, you can earn up to $4,000.
