Summary

Provide exceptional, client-focused support across phone, email, social media, and chat channels, representing the Maison with professionalism and luxury service standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized clienteling and product knowledge while contributing to sales goals. Maintain high operational standards by meeting quality, schedule, and KPI targets.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries across multiple channels regarding product availability, orders, shipping, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain detailed client profiles and use clienteling tools to personalize recommendations and foster long‑term relationships.
  • Achieve individual objectives for quality, schedule adherence, and other performance indicators while using required systems efficiently.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Louis Vuitton values in all client interactions and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development to stay current on products and departmental initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Elevated written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English, French, and/or Spanish is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to de‑escalate calls and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and CRM software simultaneously; technically proficient.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities; excellent organization and time‑management skills; availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
