Outside Sales Representative

JPT Graphics is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our growing client base in North Texas (nationwide). This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering creative marketing solutions that help clients grow their brands.

JPT Graphics has built a strong reputation serving clients across the multifamily industry, successfully supporting property management companies, developers, and related businesses with high-quality creative services, printing, direct mail, signage, promotional products, and marketing solutions. We see substantial opportunities to continue expanding within the multifamily sector while also diversifying into additional industries including roofing, real estate, hospitality, insurance, legal, healthcare, construction, and other professional services markets.

The Outside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and positioning JPT Graphics as a trusted marketing and print partner.

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic relationship building
• Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective clients across multiple industries
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to identify additional service opportunities
• Present and sell a broad portfolio of solutions including:
  • Creative services
  • Graphic design
  • Commercial printing
  • Direct mail campaigns
  • Marketing collateral
  • Branded promotional products
  • Signage and custom marketing materials
• Consult with clients to understand their business goals and recommend effective marketing and print solutions
• Collaborate with internal creative, production, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution
• Prepare proposals, quotes, presentations, and sales reports
• Stay informed on industry trends, marketing strategies, and competitive offerings
• Represent JPT Graphics professionally at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings

• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in printing, marketing, advertising, promotional products, or related industries
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a in office and out in the field environment
• Experience selling into various industries such as Roofing, multifamily, real estate, hospitality, construction, insurance, legal, or B2B service industries is a plus
• CRM experience preferred
