Entry Level Manager — Marketing & Sales

Dupuy Investment Capital is expanding and seeking a driven Entry Level Manager to support our growing portfolio of properties and investors . This role combines leadership development, marketing execution, and hands-on sales experience across the DFW area.

As an Entry Level Manager, you will help oversee investment campaigns, support territory growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while developing the skills needed to advance into senior leadership roles. Our team specializes in wholesale and real estate, providing full training and mentorship from day one.

• Support the execution of investment campaigns
• Represent investors professionally
• Assist with new territory launches, promotions, and initiatives
• Engage customers, answer questions, and provide personalized solutions
• Track performance metrics and campaign results
• Help develop strategies to expand market reach within assigned territories
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and investors
• Participate in leadership training, workshops, and team meetings

• Local to the DFW area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
