Sales Consultant - East Texas; Tyler, Greenville, Terrell

The Sales Consultant will manage and grow sales across a defined territory in East Texas (Tyler, Greenville, Terrell). The role involves sales, merchandising, servicing, and administrative responsibilities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business growth.

East Texas (Tyler, Greenville, Terrell)

• Territory Management – Ensure consistent customer contact, plan and execute sales initiatives, handle all customer‑related issues promptly and friendly.
• Sales – Full understanding of products and pricing schedules, deliver effective sales presentations, achieve assigned objectives, grow business and nurture new accounts.
• Merchandising – Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts; focus on display size, shelf position and standards, cold boxes, counters, windows and other customer touchpoints.
• Servicing – Follow necessary steps for sales calls, perform inventory checks, communicate properly to minimize order mistakes, rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, displays.
• Administration – Adhere to company policies, handle all paperwork promptly and properly.

• BA/BS college degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑ and results‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).
