Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our client within their Sales Department. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining strong communication between customers and internal teams.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, cross-functional coordination, and customer relationship management within a fast-paced, global organization.
Key responsibilities- Process customer orders via email and phone while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support sales managers by maintaining accurate pricing and communicating updates to customers
- Review and validate sales orders and purchase orders for data accuracy
- Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Partner with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any shipment issues
- Maintain and update sales records and documentation
- Communicate customer feedback internally to improve processes and service
- Coordinate with accounting on sales corrections, AR follow-ups, and invoice processing
- Provide support to plant personnel regarding schedule changes, rejections, and related updates
- Ensure customer contracts, specification sheets, and vendor warranties are properly filed and up to date
- Work with sales and QA teams to process quality alerts, claims, and product rejections
- Assist with international transactions and related documentation
- Support special projects and reporting as directed by Sales Operations leadership
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales administration or a related field; customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
