Regional Account Executive

Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Pay range: $85,000 – $120,000, dependent upon experience. Includes a competitive incentive plan.

• Initiate relationships and gain new business through cold calling and prospecting.
• Solicit target markets and priority lanes.
• Cultivate existing customers into long‑term business relationships.
• Effectively communicate account changes through multiple levels of the company.
• Stay informed on current market conditions and trends throughout the year.
• Work closely with operational leadership to target key domiciles.
• Review customer lane files and ensure rating accuracy.
• Document customer correspondence and development in the CRM program.
• Acquire and grow new small and medium‑size accounts.
• Utilize Power BI and account research tools.

• High school diploma; 2‑4 year degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in transportation and/or sales.
• Ability to navigate both external and internal communication effectively.
• Self‑motivated to achieve individualized goals.
• Enjoys a team‑oriented, performance‑based work environment.
