As an Inside Sales Representative Trainee, you will embark on a dynamic journey to cultivate your sales expertise and contribute to the success of our organization. This entry‑level position offers a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the field of inside sales. Working closely with an experienced salesperson, you will learn to identify and pursue sales opportunities, build relationships with clients, and exceed sales targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Obtain product knowledge and understand product offerings to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers. Communicate with existing customers, build on present business, and expand our current customer base
- Provide good customer service and support by taking their information, researching the product needed, and making recommendations with supervisor approval
- Become proficient with company software used for processing orders. All opportunities and quotes MUST be entered into our CRM system
- Attend trade shows to discuss product offerings with potential customers, providing a professional and welcoming representation of the company
- Must be prepared for on‑call or after‑hours emergencies as required
- Perform other duties as requested to achieve departmental and company goals and objectives
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

Qualifications- Must understand the sales cycle; ability to understand the company’s sales cycle
- Strong computer skills: ability to learn and understand computer systems used to perform job tasks in an automated environment
- Strong Computer proficiency
- Proficiency using e‑mail, the internet, Microsoft Office, and other computer tools
- Ability to multi‑task
- Ability to work at fast pace
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to sell
High school or equivalent GED certification. Previous sales experience in a related environment or a college degree in business or a related field of study preferred.
