Sales Consultant, Premise-Dallas

Johnson Brothers, a family‑owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer since 1953, is seeking a Sales Representative to grow and manage key on‑premise accounts.

• Availability to work outside regular 8:00–5:00 schedule, including early evenings and occasional weekend events.
• Ensure consistent customer contact and plan & execute sales initiatives.
• Handle all customer‑related issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a full understanding of products and promotional schedules.
• Make effective sales presentations and achieve assigned company objectives.
• Identify and nurture new and undersold accounts.
• Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts.
• Stay knowledgeable of all deals, programming, and initiatives the company offers.
• Follow necessary steps when making sales calls.
• Provide reliable and consistent customer service to accounts.
• Conduct face‑to‑face interaction with customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Handle all paperwork issues properly and in a timely manner.

• Skills & Abilities: self‑motivated, disciplined, goal‑oriented; able to prioritize; results driven; skill at connecting with a wide range of buyer types; exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills; strong presentation and presentation‑building skills.
• Accessibility: valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; reliable transportation and proof of insurance; availability to work outside 8:00–5:00 schedule.
• Experience: minimum 2 years in a Sales Representative role or higher.
• Education: BS degree or equivalent work experience.
