Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Carrier Sales role based in Irving, TX. The Carrier Sales professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, coordinating freight shipments, negotiating rates, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role involves daily communication with partners, managing accounts, and monitoring freight to ensure on-time delivery. The Carrier Sales team works to secure the best transportation options and build efficient, cost-effective logistics solutions.
Qualifications- Demonstrated experience in Freight Brokerage and Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service expertise and the ability to manage client accounts effectively
- Proficiency in Account Management and relationship-building
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
