Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour
Target annual commission: $13,200
Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2 months)
Medical, Dental & Vision (50% coverage)
401(k) match up to 7% of employee contribution
PTO eligibility after 30 days (up to 19 days annually)
Consistent 5‑day, 40‑hour work week

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections of tires and related components
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Provide pricing information and close sales
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations, including inventory management and reporting

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a goal‑driven, customer‑facing environment
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools
