• What kind of training will I receive? We’re big on helping our team members reach their goals, whether personal, professional, or financial. Once you’re on board, you’ll dive into our top‑notch product and sales training, specially crafted for our agency.
• Is prior insurance sales experience required? Nope. You don’t need any prior knowledge about insurance or sales. We’ve got you covered with all the training you’ll need to thrive.
• Will I need to find or purchase my own leads? Absolutely not. We provide all the leads you’ll ever need.
• What is the company culture like? Our culture is all about healthy competition and high expectations. We believe in lifting each other up to ensure we all succeed and enjoy our time and perform at a high level.

• Is this commission-only? Not  compensation plan is the most competitive in the state. You’ll start with a base salary of $36,000, plus receive a great commission plan on top of that.
