Overview
Important: This is a full‑time, in‑office position requiring 5 days per week at our Irving (DFW), TX office.
How You’ll Make an ImpactEpsilon is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Irving, Texas. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for Epsilon’s sales team across a range of advertising, marketing, and media solutions. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, this role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives on building a healthy pipeline, and is eager to develop their career in sales.
WhatYou’ll Achieve
- Identify and create new qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct high‑volume prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media) to generate leads.
- Work closely with the Manager of Sales Development to develop and refine the sales development playbook.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create 1:1 campaigns to drive demand.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Provide clear and concise communication to prospects and internal teams.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
- What you’ll bring with you:
- You have a proven track record in sales development, with 2+ years of experience in generating leads and qualifying opportunities.
- You are passionate about sales and eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
- You are diligent and approach managing all aspects of the lead funnel with precision.
- You are a self‑starter who can thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to test assumptions, troubleshoot issues, and experiment with innovative approaches to improve productivity.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach.io), and other tools that drive SDR productivity and data visibility across customer segments.
- Experience in engaging with senior‑level decision‑makers, to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.

Base Salary: $60,000- $90,000
