Full-time. Commission. Range: $ - $+ per year our team is growing FAST and launching a BRAND-NEW SITE in Irving TX. We are the trailblazers of the Roofing industry. • Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
  Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
  Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$80K annualized)
• Year 1:
  Top quartile clears $200K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Prior outbound telemarketing experience, sales experience, inside sales experience. Also athletes, bartenders, servers etc have done well. Enthusiastic, confident, gift of gab, great communicators
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
