Lead the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to closing. Set and achieve clear activity benchmarks - daily, weekly, and monthly. Nurture and grow relationships with existing and new clients. Network with key players in the property management industry. Deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Provide top-tier customer service and communication. Leverage in-person and phone outreach to connect with potential clients.

Partner with operations to ensure exceptional project delivery. Attend trade shows, conferences, and local networking events. Stay informed on industry trends and client organization needs.

• Proven success in B2B sales with a longer, consultative cycle
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Coachable, resilient, and highly motivated
• Strong communication skills written, verbal, and presentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms (Linked In, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree or relevant B2B sales experience
• Familiarity with commercial real estate/property management a plus
• Valid US driver's license
