Mission Hires is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead post-acute sales efforts and drive patient census and annual revenue growth. This executive leader will manage, motivate, and develop sales and marketing teams while strengthening referral relationships across the home health and hospice care continuum.
Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, motivate, and incentivize the sales team to achieve budgeted patient census and revenue objectives.
- Drive top- and bottom-line annual revenue growth through strategic sales leadership, customer relationship development, and cross-selling of home health care services.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate sales and marketing strategies and plans.
- Direct the day-to-day activities of sales and marketing team members, ensuring individual efforts contribute to organizational objectives.
- Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing sales talent.
- Build and maintain productive referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and other healthcare partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the home care and post-acute care market.
- Clearly communicate the value of broad, comprehensive home health care service offerings to prospective clients and referral sources.
- Lead change effectively and maintain strong sales execution across the team.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of healthcare marketing management experience, preferably within home care operations.
- Experience calling on physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and other healthcare-related organizations.
- Demonstrated prospecting experience in the in-home care marketing industry.
- Ability to market aggressively while building tactful, professional relationships with customers and the community.
- Ability to articulate the value of comprehensive home health care service offerings.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly bring referral relationships and prospective clientele to the agency.
- Proven leadership and change-management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time-management, and team-management skills. - Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Current driver's license in good standing.
- Reliable transportation and active auto liability insurance.
