GH Logistics | Irving, TX | Full-Time | In-Office Pay: $50,000–$102,357+ per year

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses About the RoleGH Logistics is looking for driven sales professionals who know how to build relationships, develop new business, and grow a book of business as a freight development agent.

This isn't a transactional brokerage role. You'll prospect new customers, develop long-term shipper partnerships, and grow recurring freight using the strength of our asset-based network, dedicated capacity, and operational support.

If you enjoy hunting for new business, closing deals, and growing accounts, you'll have the tools and freedom to succeed here.

What You'll Do Prospect and develop new shipper accounts through cold calling, networking, and business development.

Build and grow your own book of business.

Negotiate rates, pricing, and transportation solutions.

Develop long-term customer relationships that generate recurring freight.

Expand existing accounts into additional lanes and transportation services.

Work closely with Operations to ensure excellent customer service and execution.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue goals.

Qualifications2+ years of B2B sales experience1+ year of freight brokerage or 3PL experience

Proven ability to prospect and close new business

Experience building or managing a book of business

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
