Securitas Technology seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth of core commercial electronic security solutions across an assigned territory. You will manage and coach a regional sales team, develop data-driven sales strategies, and build strong relationships with commercial and enterprise clients. Responsibilities include pipeline management, forecasting, and closing complex deals while collaborating with product, marketing, and technical teams. You'll champion technology-driven protection, ensure service excellence, and foster a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement while pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a regional sales team to drive revenue growth for core commercial security solutions
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company targets and market trends
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial and enterprise clients and channel partners
- Forecast, track, and report on regional sales performance and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams on go-to-market initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts and pricing
- Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sale support in the region
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to adjust sales tactics
- Support adoption of new technologies and solutions in customer accounts
- Uphold company values of safety, integrity, and accountability in all sales activities
