Business Development Manager – Light Industrial & Skilled Trades

Our client is a growing Texas-based staffing firm with more than 20 years in business specializing in Light Industrial and Skilled Trades staffing
, and they are looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to the team.

This is a true new-business development role focused on identifying, developing, and winning new client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and turning prospects into long-term customers.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a strategy to identify and win new business
Prospect into new accounts and build relationships with decision-makers
Sell Light Industrial and Skilled Trades staffing solutions
Develop new client partnerships and expand the company’s market presence
Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful delivery
Own the business development process from prospecting through close
Build a strong, long-term book of business

What We’re Looking For

Proven business development experience within staffing
Background in Light Industrial and/or Skilled Trades staffing strongly preferred
A true hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help grow a business
Ability to operate independently while collaborating with internal teams
