Senior Account Executive – IT Services & Staffing. Dallas, TX (Hybrid / Remote Flexibility). We are an award-winning, WBENC-certified staffing and solutions firm experiencing massive growth, and we’re looking for a proven Senior Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll have a unique, diverse portfolio—driving revenue by selling comprehensive MSP and IT staffing solutions nationwide, alongside cutting-edge SaaS offerings through our sister company.

• New Business Development:
  Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts for IT staffing, MSP, and project-based solutions nationwide.
• Cross-Selling SaaS:
  Partner with our sister company to introduce and sell SaaS offerings to new and existing clients.
• Relationship Management:
  Build strong, long-term relationships with C-suite, HR, and Procurement leaders.

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience specifically within IT Staffing, MSP, or Technology Solutions.
• Demonstrated success in net-new client acquisition and managing complex sales cycles.
• An existing network of enterprise-level buyers or IT decision-makers is highly preferred.
