Job Description

Geanne Carter Agency is looking for a positive and dependable Insurance Sales Producer to join our Farmers Insurance agency in Burleson.

This is a full-time, in-office position with a Monday–Friday schedule and no evenings or weekends.

We provide leads, training, and support to help you succeed. Texas Property & Casualty licensed candidates are preferred, but we are willing to help the right candidate become licensed.

Compensation includes guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission, with additional incentive and bonus opportunities available.

• Texas Property & Casualty license preferred
• Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Comfortable making inbound and outbound sales calls
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Motivated to meet monthly sales and production goals
• Able to stay organized and consistently follow up with customers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and accept coaching
• Must be able to work full-time in our Burleson office
• If not currently licensed, must be willing and able to obtain the required insurance license

• Quote and sell auto, home, and life insurance
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Help customers understand their insurance options
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Ask for the sale and close new business
• Meet monthly sales and production goals
• Provide a positive customer experience
