- (AM Shift) 7:45 AM - 3:15 PM starts at $19 + Uncapped Bonus!-(PM Shift) 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM starts at $20.50 + Uncapped Bonus!

Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to new and existing customers from warm leads.
· Engage with each customer and update call logs and dispositions accurately.
· Reach out to previous customers for new sales opportunities.
· Meet or exceed daily call volume and production goals.
· Build rapport and urgency to persuade new customers to schedule a free in-home estimate.

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to remain in a seated position for multiple hours at a time
· Entering text or data into a computer utilizing a traditional keyboard
· Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech – in person/telephone
