Security Guard - Roving Patrol Officer

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee traffic, and assist with sign-in, identification checks, and directing individuals to the appropriate areas in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, disturbances, medical events, and/or suspicious activity, and promptly notify the appropriate contacts;
Complete detailed reports and logs, document incidents and patrol observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site representatives
