** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or employees by following site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.

+ Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or vehicles entering or exiting the location in accordance with established post orders and client guidelines.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site leadership when appropriate.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain accurate logs and reports related to screening activity, visitor traffic, and security-related incidents.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas, including loading, shipping, receiving, and perimeter locations, as conditions and operations require.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
