Chief of the "Security and Information Systems Control" (S2S) Section

The chief of the S2S section leads the section's activities within the framework of the CPPP execution follow-up. He/she ensures, with his/her team, the monitoring of the operation, maintenance, and renewal of SIC and security SIC, particularly concerning the Balard site protection system. He/she analyzes the evolution needs and ensures the achievement of performance objectives. He/she coordinates exchanges with the providers, the Balard military command (COMILI), and the Balard Information Systems Control Command (COMSIC).

He/she participates in the governance of the contract, operational follow-up, performance (SLA), and information system security (SSI). He/she supervises the management of key escrow and locksmith interventions. As an assistant security officer, he/she supports the SDBA security officer in monitoring activities related to the protection of secrecy, particularly in taking into account the needs expressed by the organizations. In liaison with the COMILI, responsible for the defense and security of the site and in charge of crisis management, he/she contributes to the protection and security actions of the site.

He/she is a key player in the interface between the sub-directorate, the CPPP holder, and the site's security officers.

The position is for a category A executive, civil servant or contractual, with an engineering profile, ideally in the fields of SIC and security. You have experience in project management. You have a good ability to coordinate multidisciplinary interventions and to collaborate effectively with various actors, whether internal or external. Good knowledge of current regulations, particularly in matters of secrecy protection and defense and protection of installations, is also expected.

Finally, experience in team management is an additional asset for this position.

The position is exercised in a sensitive ministerial site, involving numerous exchanges with the occupying organizations, providers, COMILI, COMSIC, and other sub-directorate offices. The position requires reactivity, discretion, and the ability to intervene in a regulated and partnership environment. The skill levels required for the position that are not fully possessed by the candidate may be subject to internal training provided by the ministry's expert services or within the framework of the ministry of the Armies' training offer catalog.

Preliminary security investigation before any assignment. Position subject to a Very Secret clearance.
