Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, airport location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned airport areas, terminal access points, parking facilities, perimeter locations, and other designated areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures;
Monitor access to restricted or controlled areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized activity or suspicious conditions to site leadership and/or appropriate authorities;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately in accordance with site procedures
