As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Badge Administration in Irving, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, manage access points, and respond to alarms as needed. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a professional environment.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site policies and Allied Universal procedures.

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
