** What You’ll Do
*** Diagnose, repair, and rebuild material handling equipment—including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drive trains—to manufacturer standards
* Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting to keep equipment reliable and people safe
* Lead by example on safety practices, documentation, and care of tools, parts, and company vehicles
* Support and mentor fellow technicians while continuing your own technical training and certifications###

What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years of experience repairing forklifts or similar industrial equipment, with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
* High school diploma or GED required; trade or mechanical school preferred, plus ability to read precision instruments and perform basic welding
* A safety-first mindset, strong teamwork values, and clear communication skills
