Plumber

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements for plumbing systems.
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment according to local codes and standards.
• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, malfunctions, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing service calls and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
• Test plumbing systems for functionality and monitor water pressure to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain and operate hand and power tools safely and accurately.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on each job.

• Proven experience as a plumber in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and building standards, particularly in Irving, TX.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Skilled in using plumbing tools, machines, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with high safety awareness.
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team on varied projects.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Valid Texas Class C driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site access.
• Certification as a licensed plumber in Texas preferred or willingness to obtain licensing.
