Culligan North Texas is hiring full-time Water Treatment Installer & Service Technicians to install and service water softeners, filtration systems, and drinking water systems for residential and commercial customers throughout the DFW area.

This is a hands‑on, independent role ideal for individuals with plumbing, irrigation, construction, or mechanical installation experience who enjoy working in the field and staying active throughout the day.

• Expected Year 1 Earnings: $57,000 – $62,000+
• Hourly pay + bonus + overtime opportunities
• Performance increases based on skill and certifications

• Install water softeners and filtration systems in homes and businesses
• Service and maintain existing water treatment equipment
• Troubleshoot issues and replace parts
