Reliant Air Conditioning is seeking motivated individuals to start a career in HVAC. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are ready to learn a skilled trade, develop technical expertise, and build a long-term career.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced technicians in residential HVAC service and installation. This is an opportunity for individuals who want stability, growth, and a clear path into a high‑demand industry.
- Assist experienced technicians with service calls, repairs, and installations
- Learn to diagnose basic HVAC issues and support repair solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Deliver strong customer service and professional communication
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Accurately document work in company systems (Service Titan)
- Continuously develop technical and customer‑facing skills
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum 5-year driving history
- Strong customer service or people‑facing experience
- Willingness to learn a hands‑on trade and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience (construction, automotive, etc.)
- Trade school coursework or certification
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Exposure to varying weather conditions and confined spaces
- Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and kneeling
