Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do- Install commercial pool equipment including chemical feed systems, controllers, pumps, valves, sensors, and associated plumbing.
- Read and interpret installation drawings, specifications, manuals, and site plans.
- Perform basic water testing, interpret and adjust control equipment.
- Coordinate on-site work with customers, general contractors, electricians, plumbers, and internal service teams.
- Ensure installations comply with local codes, safety requirements, and manufacturer standards.
- Perform system startups, calibration, leak testing, and operational verification.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues during and after startup.
- Document completed installations, commissioning results, and as built conditions.
- Train customers or site personnel on basic system operation and safety.
- Maintain installations tools, vehicles, PPE, and inventory.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and jobsite requirements at all times.
- Provide feedback to engineering, sales, and service teams on installations challenges or improvements.
- Travel is 100%.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience installing or servicing commercial pool equipment, industrial equipment, or related mechanical systems.
- Working knowledge of plumbing systems (PVC, CPVC, valves, fittings).
- Basic electrical knowledge (low‑voltage controls, sensors, interlocks).
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and work in mechanical rooms and outdoor environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial pool industry experience (hotels, resorts, aquatic centers, casinos, healthcare, or municipal facilities).
- Pool Operator, CPO, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with chemical feed and control systems.
- Familiarity with local health department or pool code requirements.
- OSHA safety training or similar field safety certifications.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, kneel, climb, and work in confined or wet mechanical environments.
- Work may include indoor and outdoor installations in varying weather conditions.
