The Technician completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.

* 5-7 plus years of commercial HVAC service experience

* Strong troubleshooting and PM/service background

* EPA Universal Certification required

* High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade training preferred)

* Solid electrical and mechanical knowledge

Preferred Experience

* Large-tonnage equipment

* Air-cooled chillers (any level)

* Commercial or industrial refrigeration

Requirements

* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

* Ability to travel throughout the DFW area

* Ability to lift equipment and perform physical job duties

* Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and overtime as needed

* Pre-employment background check, drug test, and MVR required

* Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs and large packaged units

* Perform preventive maintenance and service repairs for contracted customers

* Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using industry-standard tools

* Service large-tonnage equipment (100 plus tons preferred)

* Document work performed and communicate clearly with customers

* Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards
