HVAC Chiller Technician

- Job Duties & General Requirements

Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and service the following equipment:

* Scroll chillers (air-cooled and/or water-cooled)

* Screw chillers (air-cooled and/or water-cooled)

* Centrifugal chillers

* Perform preventative maintenance (PM) services per contractual agreements

* Troubleshoot both airside and waterside system issues

* Complete and submit accurate log sheets and service documentation

* Support Account Managers and Supervisors with jobsite assessments and cost estimates

Preferred but Not

Required:

* Overhaul experience with chillers

General Requirements:

* Clean driving record

* Strong communication and documentation skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
