• Read architectural floor plans and door/hardware schedules.
• Flexibly transfer between multiple projects as needed.
• Quickly learn construction processes and establish effective working relationships with management, co‑workers, and customers.
• Proficiently install all doors and mechanical hardware (exit devices, closers, mortise locks, mullions, etc.).
• Install wood frames and electrified hardware.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of major manufacturers (Assa, Allegion, Dorma Kaba, Stanley/Best) and their applications.
• Lead and carry out installation of minor door and hardware tasks.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Communicate and understand detailed instructions.

• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Work in various weather conditions.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and team members.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co‑workers, and customers.
