Production expectations lead installers are expected to:
- Complete 1 residential system replacement per day on average
- Maintain strong installation quality with minimal callbacks
- Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards
- Maintain clean and professional job sites inside customers homes
Installation responsibilities lead installation crews performing:
- Gas furnace replacements
- Air conditioner installations
- Heat pump system installations
- Air handlers and evaporator coil installations
- Thermostat installation and configuration
- Basic ductwork modifications
- Installers are responsible for system startup, commissioning, and performance verification.
Crew leadership
- Lead and direct installation crew on job site
- Train and mentor junior installers and helpers
- Maintain team accountability for quality, safety, and productivity
- Ensure jobs remain on schedule and meet installation standards
Physical requirements this role requires physical strength and mobility.
- Lift 50 pounds frequently throughout the workday
- Lift 75 pounds occasionally
- Move equipment 100+ pounds with assistance
- Work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
- Climb ladders and work in confined spaces
