INNOVA is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our operations team. This role requires 5–7+ years of hands-on HVAC experience and an HVAC Certification.
You will diagnose complex HVAC issues, lead field service assignments, support system start-ups, and perform advanced repairs and testing. The position includes field service at client sites and hands-on warehouse work when not traveling, with a compensation of $70 per hour based on experience.
