: $70 per hour (based on experience)

INNOVA is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our operations team.
This is not an entry-level service role. We’re looking for someone who can walk into complex HVAC issues, diagnose with confidence, lead field service assignments, support system start-ups, and perform advanced repairs, testing, and refurbishment work on HVAC units.
This position includes both field service work at client sites and hands-on technical work in INNOVA’s warehouse when not traveling.
What you’ll be doing- Troubleshooting and repairing complex HVAC systems
- Performing diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and system start-ups
- Supporting installations, component replacements, and performance testing
- Acting as a senior technical resource during service calls
- Repairing, refurbishing, testing, and preparing HVAC units in the warehouse
- Documenting service findings, parts used, corrective actions, photos, and reports
- Supporting junior technicians when needed
- 5–7+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- HVAC Certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC systems, controls, electrical components, mechanical systems, and performance testing
- Experience with inverter systems strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong attention to safety, quality, documentation, and compliance
Location: Field service + warehouse-based technical work
