Our Lead Installers lead professional crews, complete full residential system replacements, and deliver exceptional service inside customers’ homes.

Lead Installers are expected to:
Complete 1 residential system replacement per day on average
Maintain strong installation quality with minimal callbacks
Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards
Maintain clean and professional job sites inside customers’ homes
Lead installation crews performing:
- Heat pump system installations
- Air handlers and evaporator coil installations
- Thermostat installation and configuration
- Basic ductwork modifications
Installers are responsible for system startup, commissioning, and performance verification
.
Lead and direct installation crew on job site
Train and mentor junior installers and helpers
Maintain team accountability for quality, safety, and productivity
Ensure jobs remain on schedule and meet installation standards
Physical RequirementsThis role requires physical strength and mobility.
Lift 50 pounds frequently throughout the workday
Lift 75 pounds occasionally
Move equipment 100+ pounds with assistance
Work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
Climb ladders and work in confined spaces
